2. Orders & Payments
  • Package prices, quantities, and currency are confirmed during checkout.
  • Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
  • Invoices, payment records, and order IDs are available inside the client dashboard.
3. Client Information

Delivery quality depends on the information provided by the client, such as target industry, location, audience, job titles, campaign goal, and any compliance requirements. Delays may occur if required information is missing or incomplete.

4. Service Delivery

Services are delivered digitally through the client dashboard, email updates, downloadable files, delivery notes, reports, or other agreed digital formats. Delivery timelines vary by package, order quantity, client response time, and campaign scope.

5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate order, billing, and campaign information.
  • Use delivered lead data and outreach materials responsibly.
  • Follow applicable email, privacy, platform, and marketing laws.
  • Do not use our services for spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or platform abuse.
6. Results Disclaimer

We aim to provide high-quality research, outreach setup, and campaign support, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, revenue, meetings, replies, or conversions. Campaign results depend on offer quality, audience fit, market conditions, and client follow-up.

7. Intellectual Property

Leads Wizards LLC retains rights to its website, templates, systems, process materials, and internal methods. Client-specific delivery files and reports may be used by the client for their business after payment is completed.

8. Account Access & Suspension

Client dashboard access may be limited or suspended for unpaid invoices, misuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or illegal activity.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
